On our mission to sustainably solve the nursing shortage in the German healthcare system, we have developed the first end-to-end technology solution for hospitals and care facilities to recruit, train and integrate international health care professionals.
Therefore, we have taken apart the usual recruitment processes of international professionals and rethought them from scratch, through our innovative and digital approach we make international recruitment transparent, more convenient and accessible for all clinics and nursing homes. We are the first in the market to receive all regulatory certifications for our recruiting and academy offerings.

Role Summary
We are looking for a new team member for our Sales Team, ideally based out of Berlin to further accelerate our business. As Account Executive at Careloop you will play a key role in our growth in Germany and as brand ambassador you will represent our mission to conquer the care-worker shortage in Germany.
Major Tasks
- Generate leads through personal prospecting.
- Execution on all sales activity: calls, social engagement, web demos, on-site F2F appointments, negotiations, and presentations to advance prospects through the sales cycle and turn them into customers.
- Support our clients as a consultant and maintain a constant relationship with them.
- Develop long-term customer relationships and build up trusting and efficient cooperation.
- Accurate management of all customer interactions and including overall pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity management.
- Delivering on revenue targets.
- Attend fairs & industry events to strengthen your network and represent our company professionally.
- You help to onboard and train new joiners over the time to accelerate growth.
- Work closely with the entire sales team: account managers, Co-founder Alex and other team members to support the optimization of processes, content and success reporting.
- For this position you can either work from Berlin or remote in Germany after you have completed your onboarding week in Berlin with us.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed your studies or training and have gained at least 12+ months in sales development.
- You have gained experience in managing and closing end-to-end deals in the 5-6 figure range (€).
- You convince through your professional and self-confident appearance as well as through your engaging communication skills.
- You stand out due to your exceptionally high motivation, enthusiasm and dedication.
- You distinguish yourself through your solution orientation and your independent work style
- You are fluent on a native-level in German and English, other languages are a plus
- You bring a willingness to travel (up to 20%)
