Deine Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst visuelle Konzepte sowie Social-First-Kampagnen und übersetzt diese Konzepte in prägnante Social Media Assets - von Always-On-Content bis hin zu Kampagnenmaterialien
- Du entwickelst CI-Guides, kennst dich mit Branding aus und bringst ein tiefes Verständnis für visuelles Storytelling und Markenführung mit.
- Du achtest auf sauberes Design, eine sorgfältige Umsetzung und bewahrst dabei Effizienz und Organisation.
Dein Profil
- Du hast 2+ Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media Art Direction
- Du hast Erfahrung mit der Adobe Suite - Motion Design ist ein Plus
- Du wohnst in Berlin oder arbeitest remote in Deutschland
- Du bist kein A*schloch
- Du bist hungrig (nicht auf Brammibal's Donuts)
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Arbeit und schlägst eine Lösung vor, wenn du ein Problem hast
- Du gibst Feedback und nimmst es ebenso professionell entgegen

Your profile
- You have +3 years of experience in social media art direction
- You know Adobe Suite, Motion Design is a plus
- You are not an a*shole
- You are hungry (not for Brammibal's donuts)
- You take responsibility for your work
- You propose a solution, if you have a problem
- You give feedback and receive it professionally
- You speak German or English, are based on Berlin or remotely in Germany
