The Role
We’re looking for driven and commercially minded individuals to join our German team in Berlin. Whether you’re an intern, entry-level, or mid-level professional, you’ll play a vital role in driving revenue growth and helping us accelerate the transition to sustainable workplaces.
Your focus will depend on your level of experience:
- Junior Profiles will join as Business Development Representatives (BDR), focusing on outreach, lead generation, and early-funnel activities.
- More Experienced Profiles will take on broader Account Executive responsibilities, managing complex projects and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Interns / Gap Years / Trainees will support customer acquisition and learn the ropes in a fast-paced, supportive environment. We expect you to stay for a minimum of 12 month commitment with the goal of your internship/trainee position to develop into a permanent position.
Regardless of your starting point, you’ll be a key player in expanding our presence in Berlin and across Germany, collaborating with colleagues throughout the DACH region.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and seize opportunities to create business value and drive growth.
- Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as a commercial partner and trusted advisor.
- Conduct research, identify prospects, and manage the sales funnel - from outreach to qualification, follow-up, and deal closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support the entire customer lifecycle.
- For experienced profiles: take ownership of complex projects, engage with C-level decision-makers, and coach junior team members.
- For interns: support market research, generate leads, and contribute to onboarding and customer support.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field (or enrolled in one for interns).
- Experience: From internship-level to 2+ years in customer-facing roles (sales, customer success, or account management).
- Skills: Strong commercial mindset - you’re driven by achieving targets and can identify and seize opportunities to create business value.
- High emotional intelligence and the confidence to engage with clients, build trust, and close deals.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to driving revenue growth.
- Personal Attributes: Social, driven, and ambitious.
- Positive and persistent, with a can-do attitude and strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language: Native or near-native German and strong English.
- Location: Berlin-based or willing to relocate.
- In-Office Collaboration: We have a prereference for office-first, as we believe it’s key for teamwork, energy, and building a great company together. That said, we’re also flexible - if you want or need to work from another location from time to time (like a long weekend in Mallorca), that’s totally fine. Just align with your manager and make sure the work gets done.
