Sqetch is the B2B sourcing platform and matchmaking network for the fashion and textiles industry with a focus on sustainable innovation and transparent supply chains. With our sustainable innovation agency - Sqetch Agency - we support sustainable development through a range of platforms and services to catalyse the digital and sustainable transformation of the textile and fashion industry.

Your tasks

• Understand and deploy best practice communication methodology across all communication channels.
• Identify and capture the needs, requirements and aspirations of our Sqetch users community.
• Assist in developing strategies to further grow the company.
• Oversee and execute the customer acquisition strategy, market research & benchmarking.
• Provide users with the level of customer engagement and satisfaction they expect.

Your Profile

• Internship of 3-6 months, available 20-40 hours per week.
• Graphic Design background and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is a big plus.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written (German preferable).
• Working knowledge of Google Business Suite (Google Drive).
• Independently and efficiently coordinate with team members on projects and tasks related.
• Experience and interest in sustainable fashion and textile innovation is an advantage
