A fast-growing international renewable energy company is looking for a dedicated (Junior) Controller (m/f/d) to strengthen its finance team and support strategic decision-making.
The Role:
You’ll prepare reports, forecasts, and variance analyses, optimize internal reporting systems, and work closely with technical, purchasing, and production teams. You’ll also support management with financial insights and play a key role in process improvement and departmental growth.

Your Profile

• Degree in business administration or similar
• Initial experience in controlling (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
• Excellent communication in German and English
• Proactive, team-oriented, and detail-driven
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
