Our client is seeking a Freelance Design Operations PM to support their UX Design Ops team. This role focuses on scaling design systems and brand initiatives to help teams deliver faster while maintaining quality and consistency.
Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver project and brand element rollouts
• Enable cross-functional collaboration and smooth delivery
• Align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and remove blockers
• Document and scale design operations best practices
• Support AI-enabled UX workflows and new ways of working

Requirements

• 5+ years in Design/UX Operations, Program or Project Management
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and documentation skills
• Solid knowledge of product development, design systems
• Figma knowledge beneficial
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced contract role
