Intro

Do you love designing visuals that convert? Do you enjoy crafting high-performing static, motion, and video assets for paid campaigns, while also creating engaging CRM designs and premium digital content that drives measurable results?
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Designer - Performance, CRM & UI/UX (f/m/d) to strengthen our creative output across SHYNE & Pomélo+Co.
Department: Brand (with cross-functional support to Marketing)

Your mission

Performance Marketing (Paid Media & Conversion-Focused Design)

  • Design high-performing creative assets for paid channels such as Meta, Google Display, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, across static, motion, and video formats.
  • Translate campaign objectives such as traffic, conversions, and ROAS into strong creative concepts that drive measurable results.
  • Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing, including headlines, layouts, formats, and CTAs.
  • Continuously iterate on ad creatives based on performance data and campaign learnings.
  • Optimize designs according to platform-specific best practices, including aspect ratios, durations, safe zones, and thumb-stopping visual principles.
  • Collaborate closely on campaign ideation and bring performance thinking into every execution.
  • Analyze creative performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, and engagement rates, and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Ensure fast turnaround of campaign assets to support ongoing testing cycles and scaling efforts.

Video Production & Campaign Content

  • Edit and produce video content for digital campaigns and brand storytelling.
  • Support the creation of high-level campaign videos in close collaboration with the Head of Brand.
  • Execute hands-on editing tasks including cutting, cropping, resizing, and reformatting for different platforms and placements.
  • Adapt long-form brand content into short-form, performance-ready assets such as ads, reels, and stories.
  • Add subtitles, motion graphics, and light animations to improve clarity and engagement.
  • Ensure all video outputs are optimized for mobile-first consumption and channel-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to iterate video content based on performance insights.

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing (Email, Retention, Personalization & Campaign Execution)

  • Design and build visually engaging email templates aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for conversion.
  • Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to support lifecycle campaigns such as welcome flows, onboarding, retention, reactivation, and promotions.
  • Create modular design systems for email, including reusable blocks and components, to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Execute monthly CRM layouts for seasonal and promotional campaigns, translating campaign themes into clear and engaging email designs.
  • Localize and adapt CRM creative systems for seasonal moments such as sales periods, product launches, holidays, and key brand campaigns.
  • Ensure CRM layouts are structured for readability, mobile responsiveness, and strong click-through performance.
  • Design assets for CRM channels beyond email, including push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS visuals where relevant.
  • Support segmentation and personalization efforts by adapting designs for different audience cohorts.
  • Work with marketing teams to A/B test CRM creatives, including subject lines, layouts, imagery, and CTAs, to improve key metrics such as open rate, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Ensure all CRM touchpoints reflect both brand identity and performance goals.

Digital Experience & UI/UX Support

  • Support the design of landing pages, e-commerce touchpoints, and campaign destinations with a strong sense for usability, clarity, and conversion.
  • Contribute to digital user journeys by translating brand and campaign objectives into intuitive, visually strong on-site experiences.
  • Ensure digital assets are designed with mobile-first behavior, user flow, and conversion best practices in mind.
  • Maintain consistency with brand design systems while adapting for campaign needs
  • Advance skill on Figma

Brand & cross-functional collaboration

  • Translate brand guidelines into conversion-oriented layouts that feel premium, modern, and consistently on-brand across all digital touchpoints.
  • Work closely with performance, CRM, marketing, and creative stakeholders to translate KPIs, insights, and campaign goals into effective visual solutions.
  • Collaborate within the design team under the guidance of the Head of Brand / Design Lead.
  • Be part of a collaborative design environment across both brands and contribute a strong performance-oriented, digital-first mindset to the overall creative output.
  • Maintain consistency with brand design systems while adapting for campaign needs

What This Means in Practice
This role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, and execution. You’ll be responsible not only for creating strong visual systems, but also for actively delivering monthly CRM campaign layouts, building high-performing paid media assets, and producing video content that drives engagement and conversion. Your work will directly shape how the brand shows up and performs across digital channels.

Your profile

  • 3-4 years of experience as a digital designer in an in-house or agency environment, ideally with a strong focus on performance marketing, CRM, and digital campaign design
  • Excellent layout and visual design skills, especially for paid social, CRM/email design, and conversion-focused digital assets
  • Strong understanding of performance principles, including testing variations, clarity, speed, hooks, and conversion-oriented design thinking
  • Experience designing for multiple digital platforms and adapting assets according to channel-specific requirements
  • Solid hands-on experience in video editing and motion adaptation for short-form campaign content
  • Excellent skills in Figma and solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Working knowledge of After Effects and/or Premiere Pro for editing, motion graphics, cut-downs, and simple video adaptations
  • Good understanding of UI/UX principles, especially in relation to landing pages, e-commerce touchpoints, and conversion-focused digital experiences
  • Experience designing digital user journeys, landing pages, or on-site campaign assets is a strong plus
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and fast turnaround times
  • A strong aesthetic eye with interest in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands
  • Proactive, well-organized, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with generative AI tools (Higgsfield, Figma Weave, Nano Banana Pro) is a big plus.
  • Language skills: English (C1). Native German, French, or Italian is a plus
