G2 is looking for a Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. This is a full time position based in Berlin or remote (EU) who will directly report to our Head of Media.
Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various touchpoints including publisher deliverables, brand milestones, major esports events (e.g. Worlds, MSI, EWC), content & merchandise launches
  • Own the marketing-side of app content planning and publishing, working closely with internal teams to align updates with broader campaigns
  • Take ownership of data tracking and insights across our key marketing channels - including social media, web, app, and campaign performance & produce regular reporting for our internal stakeholders
  • Work with platform analytics (e.g. app metrics, engagement reports, social KPIs) to identify trends, surface opportunities, and inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with the Consumer Products team to ensure campaign alignment around product launches and more - experience around e-commerce operations is a big plus
  • Collaborate with external partners, creators, and agencies to support campaign rollouts and track deliverables
  • Stay current on industry trends and audience behavior across esports, gaming, and digital platforms to help optimize channel strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within esports, gaming, entertainment, or consumer products
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, web, app, and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience with data tracking, analytics, and insights to measure campaign performance and inform decision-making
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints and stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with or supporting commercial/brand partnerships is a plus
  • Knowledge of the esports landscape, including major tournaments and events (e.g., Worlds, MSI, EWC, LEC)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate internally and with external partners
  • Proactive, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
