eagleyard Photonics GmbH is an internationally operating company and is part of
TOPTICA Photonics SE. We develop and produce high-power laser diodes at our innovation site in Berlin-Adlershof
and distribute our products via our global sales
network. Our laser diodes are important key components for applications in
medical technology, analytics, spectroscopy, precision metrology, materials processing
and aerospace.

Cleanliness in our clean rooms, where we assemble, test, measure and store our sensitive laser modules, is and remains an important part of this success story. As part of our two-person internal cleaning team, you will be responsible for the cleanliness of our three laboratories to ensure that both our laser diodes and our cleanrooms remain “clean”. We are therefore looking immediately for a part-time (15 to 30 hours/week)

Your profile
- A residence and work permit in Germany/EU must be available
- Your German language skills should be at least B2 level
- Professional experience in the field of cleanroom cleaning is mandatory
- Alternatively, experience in general laboratory cleaning may be sufficient
- Ideally, you can demonstrate further education/training in the field of cleanroom cleaning
- You must be aware of the differences between office and laboratory cleaning as well as the different behaviors
- Vocational training is not necessary, but a completed apprenticeship in building services/cleaning would be desirable
- You are characterized by a strong awareness of cleanliness and a high standard of quality in your own work
- Thoroughness, care and attention to detail are required of you
- You are characterized by an independent and prudent way of working
Your tasks
- Cleaning primarily of ISO class 8 cleanrooms in compliance with ISO standards, operating instructions and standard guidelines
- Daily basic cleaning of laboratory floors in three laboratories and one workshop
- Inventory cleaning as required in alternating cleaning cycles (during and after operations) in consultation with production staff and development engineers
- Driving forward the continuous improvement of the cleanliness of our cleanrooms in consultation with the relevant laboratory managers
- Maintenance, control and ordering of cleaning equipment and consumables
- At your request, your activity/number of hours can be extended by additional room cleaning (e.g. kitchen cleaning)
