What you will do

• Manage gitti’s organic social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more)
• Create and edit engaging content that resonates with our community
• Develop ideas for viral formats and creative campaigns that amplify our brand and mission
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels
• Monitor and analyze social media KPIs to continuously optimize strategies

What You Bring

• Experience in social media management, ideally with D2C brands or in the beauty/lifestyle space
• Creativity and a strong sense for trends and viral content
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
• Analytical mindset - you love turning performance data into actionable insights
• Independent, structured work style with a collaborative spirit
