The Role As a Fullstack Software Developer (m/f/d), you will contribute to the development of complex application software for distributed systems, built on modern microservices architectures. This role is ideal for a backend-focused developer who enjoys working in Linux environments and solving deep technical challenges using modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance scalable software solutions within a microservices architecture
- Collaborate closely within an agile development team (Scrum/Kanban)
- Support Product Owners and Software Architects on technical topics
- Drive improvements in code quality, performance, and maintainability
- Work on network protocol encoding/decoding and related components
- Quickly onboard into and apply new tools, technologies, and concepts
Your Profile
- Strong experience in Python and/or Rust, with a backend focus
- Experience working in Linux environments
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Experience with unit testing, automated testing, and static code analysis
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
- Structured, independent working style with strong team collaboration
