Deine Aufgaben
- Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Steuerberatern zusammen und bereiten alle notwendigen Maßnahmen sowie Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen vor.
- Sie betreuen Körperschaftsteuer, Umsatzsteuer, Grundsteuer, Quellensteuer sowie konzerninterne und externe Transaktionen.
- Sie erstellen, prüfen und geben Steuererklärungen und Meldungen unserer verschiedenen Unternehmen fristgerecht ab.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit der Geschäftsführung, den Finanzabteilungen und Steuerberatern zusammen, um Strategien und Strukturen zu optimieren.
- Sie fungieren als erste Anlaufstelle für externe Berater und Wirtschaftsprüfer.
- Sie verfolgen steuerliche Gesetzesänderungen und implementieren diese in den jeweiligen Unternehmen.
- Sie bearbeiten abwechslungsreiche steuer- und handelsrechtliche Fragestellungen.
- Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich absolvierte Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten, Bilanzbuchhalter, Steuerfachwirt oder vergleichbar.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Unternehmenssteuern, idealerweise in Gruppenstrukturen.
- Kenntnisse im Immobiliensektor von Vorteil.
- Fundiertes Fachwissen zu den einschlägigen Gesetzen (HGB, EStG, UStG).
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung.

What you will be doing
You will:
- Work closely with our tax advisors and prepare all necessary measures, including VAT pre-registrations.
- Manage corporate income tax, VAT, property tax, withholding tax, and both intercompany and external transactions.
- Prepare, review, and submit tax returns and filings for all our companies on time.
- Collaborate with management, finance teams, and tax advisors to optimize strategies and company structures.
- Serve as the first point of contact for external advisors and auditors.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and ensure their proper implementation across all companies.
- Handle a variety of tax and commercial law-related tasks.
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
More about you
You have:
- Completed training as a tax clerk, accountant, tax specialist, or equivalent.
- Several years of experience in corporate taxation, ideally within group structures.
- Knowledge of the real estate sector (a plus).
- Strong expertise in relevant laws (HGB, EStG, UStG).
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Analytical thinking and a structured, detail-oriented way of working.
- Team spirit and a high degree of personal responsibility.
