Your role
Sunday Natural is already active in the Netherlands - with a growing customer base and strong momentum. As our Growth & Content Associate, you’ll help us take the next step: scaling our presence, sharpening our local positioning, and supporting our mission to challenge established players.
This is a junior role with real impact. You’ll work directly with the Country Manager Netherlands and collaborate with our International Expansion Team to localise and activate product and brand content, support product rollouts, and contribute to campaigns focused on key categories like Sleep, Gut Health, Immunity, and Longevity.
You’ll also act as a cultural and language lens, helping us tailor communication for Dutch-speaking customers and coordinate with PR agencies, local creators, and cross-functional teams. You won’t be expected to write everything from scratch - your job is to help bring campaigns and content to life, make them relevant for the Dutch market, and push them live. We’re also open to your ideas - whether that’s how we talk about a product or how we reach customers in a smarter way. Over time, you’ll have the chance to shape the role based on your strengths and goals - whether that’s content ownership, marketing strategy, or operations.
Your tasks:
- Adapt, ideate and publish Dutch content for product pages, landing pages, newsletters, and campaigns
- Support product rollouts and help shape category pushes in areas like Sleep, Gut Health, Longevity, and more
- Coordinate localisation workflows
- Contribute to performance marketing, SEO optimisation, and market-specific search input
- Work cross-functionally with teams in CRM, marketing, legal, product, design and external teams
- Help identify local market trends and customer needs
- Provide input on copy tone, product messaging, and cultural relevance
- Test and improve content workflows, campaign structures, and tooling - including exploring new automation and AI tools
Your profile
- 1-2 years of experience in content, localisation, digital marketing, or eCommerce
- Fluent in Dutch (C1 level) and English (German is a plus but not required)
- Strong writing instincts and a feel for clear, brand-aligned communication
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable working across creative and operational tasks
- Eager to learn digital tools like CMS, Shopify, SEO, email platforms, and AI-powered tools
- You care about precision and execution, and you’re not afraid to ask questions or propose improvements
- Interest in health, nutrition, or longevity is a strong plus
