YOUR ROLE
- Advising and supporting managers and employees on all HR-related matters
- Further development and implementation of HR processes, policies, and guidelines
- Participation in and leadership of HR projects in the areas of employer branding, talent management, performance, culture & engagement
- Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and supporting labor law issues
- Preparing reports, statistics, and analyses to support data-driven decisions (People Analytics)
- Close collaboration with Finance/Payroll, including preparing payroll data to ensure a smooth payroll process
- Actively shaping the work environment through engagement in initiatives to increase employee satisfaction - from introducing new benefits and contributing to the organization of team events to implementing measures that strengthen company culture
- Ensuring smooth daily office operations by independently handling general office tasks
- Providing backup support across the entire employee life cycle - from onboarding to offboarding
Your profile
- Completed studies with a focus on Human Resources, Business Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the HR field, ideally in a dynamic environment
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and experience working with managers
- Independent, structured work style with a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a good instinct for people
- Excellent German skills at native level and fluent written and spoken English
