Influencer Marketing Manager - Live Show Creator Management

We’re looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the creator-facing aspects of a live show initiative for a major fashion e-commerce brand. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end relationship with content creators, ensuring smooth execution of the live shows and aligning all creator activities with the project goals.
Responsibilities

  • Creator Scouting & Management: Identify, vet, and recruit influencers and creators who align with the brand and live show themes. Negotiate rates, finalize contracts, and build strong working relationships.
  • Onboarding & Briefing: Deliver detailed creative briefings to selected creators, covering project objectives, show formats, talking points, and technical requirements.
  • Product Coordination: Coordinate product selection, ordering, and timely delivery to creators in collaboration with internal logistics and buying teams.
  • Creator Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all creator-related inquiries, ensuring clear, proactive, and ongoing communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Live Support: Provide real-time support on scheduled live show dates, assisting creators with last-minute questions or technical issues to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on creator performance, collect feedback, and contribute to post-show reviews and success evaluations.

  • Coordinated and documented product delivery workflows
  • Regular creator readiness and communication updates
  • Post-show summaries including feedback and improvement suggestions

Profil

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in influencer marketing and campaign management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Flexibility to support live shows outside standard working hours
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Experience in creator contracting and negotiation

Nice-to-Have:

  • Prior experience with live video production or live streaming platforms.
  • Familiarity with the fashion/e-commerce industry
