Your tasks
- Campaign planning in coordination with partners and internal teams
- New retailers onboarding (reach out and inbound)
- Partner requests handling and general account management responsibilities
- Pricing & contract negotiations supported by your manager’s supervision
- Internal campaign coordination with various departments, including supply chain, logistics, product development marketing and accounting to ensure smooth order processing and delivery for B2B clients
- Forecasting and monitoring of B2B channel performance
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges in the B2B area
- Assisting in strategy development and implementation to grow B2B and achieve company targets
Your profile
- 1-2 years of B2B marketing experience in a fast growing company, ideally in an e-commerce environment
- Experience with outbound customer acquisition, as well as account management
- Sales-driven and analytical mindset (synthesize, analyze, interpret data and take it into action)
- Structured, collaborative and result-oriented
- Fluent in English and German, with good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of task management platforms (e.g. Asana) is a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- Kampagnenplanung in Abstimmung mit Partnern und internen Teams
- Einbindung neuer Einzelhändler (Kontaktaufnahme und Inbound)
- Bearbeitung von Partneranfragen und allgemeine Account-Management-Aufgaben
- Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen, unterstützt durch die Aufsicht Ihres Managers
- Interne Kampagnenkoordination mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, einschließlich Supply Chain, Logistik, Produktentwicklung, Marketing und Buchhaltung, um eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung und Lieferung für B2B-Kunden sicherzustellen
- Vorhersage und Überwachung der Leistung des B2B-Kanals
- Beobachtung von Markttrends, Konkurrenzaktivitäten und Branchenentwicklungen zur Ermittlung von Chancen und Herausforderungen im B2B-Bereich
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Steigerung des B2B-Geschäfts und zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele
Dein Profil
- 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Marketing in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen, idealerweise in einer E-Commerce-Umgebung
- Erfahrung in der Outbound-Kundenakquise und im Account Management
- Vertriebsorientiertes und analytisches Denken (Daten zusammenfassen, analysieren, interpretieren und in die Tat umsetzen)
- Strukturiert, kollaborativ und ergebnisorientiert
- Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch, mit guten Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Kenntnisse von Aufgabenmanagement-Plattformen (z. B. Asana) sind von Vorteil
