Your mission

  • Actively drive the growth of optilyz as the leading Direct Mail Automation Software, reshaping the future of direct mailing
  • Advise our clients on how to integrate print mailings into their digital strategies
  • Co-develop direct mail campaigns with clients and support them throughout the implementation process
  • Identify up- and cross-selling opportunities to strengthen customer loyalty and drive revenue growth
  • Share your customer success stories through case studies, talks, and webinars - we see ourselves as thought leaders and disruptors in the industry
  • Closely collaborate with our Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams, continuously contributing to the improvement of our internal processes
  • Build a deep understanding of client needs and challenges, providing valuable input for the further development of our platform

Your profile

  • You hold a university degree or completed vocational training
  • You have a strong sense for customer needs and find pragmatic, sustainable solutions in close collaboration with internal teams
  • You enjoy working independently, are well-organized, and have an interest in IT products and technical challenges
  • You are fluent in German and English, enabling effective communication with both clients and international teams
  • Nice to have: Experience or knowledge in (dialogue) marketing and print environments
