Your tasks
Planung & Umsetzung von Influencer-Marketing-Kampagnen
- Identifizierung, Rekrutierung und Zusammenarbeit mit passenden Influencern
- Vertragsverhandlungen und Erstellung von Briefings
- Koordination von Produktlieferungen und Sicherstellung termingerechter Zustellung
- Vereinbarung von Kooperationen im Rahmen eines monatlichen Budgets
Ausbau des Influencer Relationship Managements
- Pflege und Ausbau von Beziehungen zu Influencern und deren Managements
- Sicherstellung einer professionellen Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe
- Durchführung von Follow-ups zur Stärkung langfristiger Partnerschaften
Monitoring & Auswertung von Kampagnen
- Analyse relevanter KPIs zur Bewertung des Kampagnenerfolgs
- Erstellung von wöchentlichen Reportings und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung auf Basis von Daten und Insights
Ausweitung unserer Markenpräsenz
- Testen neuer Kanäle zur Reichweitensteigerung
- Unterstützung bei kreativen Influencer-Send-Outs und Sonderprojekten
- Beobachtung von Branchentrends, neuen Plattformen und Best Practices
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Marketing-Teams zur Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen Markenstrategie
Your profile
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Influencer Marketing in einem dynamischen D2C- oder Agenturumfeld
- Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachniveau sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse; zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse (z. B. Französisch oder Italienisch) sind von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit Social-Media-Plattformen und Gespür für aktuelle Trends im Influencer- und Digitalmarketing, insbesondere in der DACH-Region
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Datenauswertung und im Umgang mit Analyse-Tools
- Praktische Erfahrung im Influencer Marketing und im Umgang mit relevanten Kanälen (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
- Kreatives Denken kombiniert mit ausgeprägten Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Multitasking-Skills
- Lösungsorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld
