Your responsibilities
As Key Account Manager Hotel Business Benelux, you are responsible for the acquisition and subsequent support of regional hotel providers for the Belgian and Dutch markets. Your several years of experience in account management enable you to maintain existing national and international customer relationships in a structured and analytical manner. Your extensive sales experience in the hotel or tourism industry will help you acquire new potential partners, particularly for the Belgian and Dutch markets. You will also be responsible for maintaining content and planning promotional activities for your accounts.
Your responsibilities in detail
- Acquisition of new customers ( hotel chains and individual hotels), including presentation, negotiation, and conclusion of contracts with target clients in the leisure hotel sectors for the Belgian and Dutch markets
- Strategic and operational support of Benelux key accounts
- Scaling customers to our international source markets
- Content maintenance of offers in our internal CMS
- Planning and creation of customer campaigns
- Market and customer analyses for the Belgian and Dutch markets
- Strategy implementation including performance monitoring
- Documentation of your sales activities and maintenance of our CRM system
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in tourism key account management
- Proven experience, negotiation skills, and strong interest in new customer acquisition
- Additional experience in purchasing (hotels or OTAs)
- In-depth industry knowledge in leisure hospitality
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Independent, structured, and self-reliant way of working
- Commitment, initiative, resilience, and flexibility
- Strong teamwork, coordination, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of technical and business relationships
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Occasional travel required
