Your tasks:

Together with trained coaches, they support people in actively participating in the job market again. They provide linguistic and cultural support in our funding programs according to §45 para. 1 no. 1 SGB III, as well as in career counseling, and contribute to clear and professional collaboration.

Your profile

• Demonstrable qualification in language and cultural mediation
• Excellent knowledge of Spanish and fluent German skills
• Professional experience and a good understanding of different cultural contexts
• Safe use of PCs and online tools
• Empathetic, reliable and communicative work style
