This role is instrumental in driving technical excellence, supporting internal alignment between engineering, product, and customer success, and playing a key part in mentoring team members.

Job Description - Lead Integration Engineer
- Collaborate with customers to design and implement efficient technical integrations, including solution architecture and data flow diagrams.
- Organize and lead technical workshops with clients and partners to guide integration approaches.
- Lead internal initiatives focused on improving system performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Develop new capabilities for the Integration landscape, ensuring maintainability and robustness.
- Reduce technical debt and reinforce best practices in testing, monitoring, and observability.
- Serve as a mentor and coach for other engineers, supporting their technical development.
- Conduct code reviews and pair programming sessions to uphold high engineering standards.
- Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and technical guidelines.
- Drive the transition of custom solutions into standardized product features to further strengthen the platform.

Requirements
Requirements - Lead Integration Engineer
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack engineering, ideally within customer-facing or B2B environments.
- Solid knowledge of Azure cloud services and infrastructure-as-code principles.
- Deep expertise in designing and maintaining secure, versioned APIs using TypeScript.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and support team development.

- A base salary of 80-110K OTE (90%/10%) .
- Flexible hybrid working model with an office in Berlin or Munich. Remote in Germany is an option, visiting the office once every 4-6 weeks.
