At Watergenics, we care deeply about water and the life that thrives on it. Pollution is on the rise, yet efforts to restore our blue reserves are slow. To solve these problems, one must measure them, but live water data remains sparse and expensive. We aim to make water quality visible anytime, anywhere, and create the Water Data Platform for the Planet. Join our diverse, skilled, and passionate team who is eager to eradicate water pollution!

• Create engaging written and visual content (newsletter, social media posts) for different target audiences
• Manage and grow our social media channels and digital presence
• Turn complex technical topics into clear and compelling stories
• Support the planning and execution of strategic communication campaigns
• Maintain internal marketing documentation, processes, and guidelines
• Work closely with our marketing advisors

Requirements

• This internship is open to students (mandatory internship) and recent graduates in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Highly proactive with a strong initiative and enjoyment in communicating and engaging with other people
• Passion for the startup ecosystem and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to make technical topics exciting and easy to understand
• Basic design, photo, or video editing skills for content creation (e.g. Canva or Adobe tools)
• Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or communications is a strong plus. Providing a past portfolio of work is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluency in English is a must, German or Spanish is a bonus
