Das sind deine Aufgaben
- Projektmanagement & Kundenverantwortung: Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich Projekte im Bereich SEA/SEO.
- Kampagnenkonzeption & Umsetzung: Du entwickelst SEA- und/oder SEO-Kampagnen für namhafte Hotels im 3* bis 5*S Segment - kreativ, datengetrieben und passgenau auf die Zielgruppe abgestimmt.
- Operatives Kampagnenmanagement: Du setzt Maßnahmen um, verwaltest Budgets effizient und sorgst dafür, dass alles rundläuft.
- Analyse & Optimierung: Du behältst die relevanten KPIs im Blick, optimierst laufende Kampagnen und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
- Reporting & Kund:innen-Kommunikation: Du bereitest Ergebnisse verständlich auf und präsentierst sie souverän in Meetings - intern wie extern.
- Innovation & Trendgespür: Du erkennst neue digitale Trends und setzt sie zielgerichtet in deinen Projekten ein.
- Teamwork & Schnittstellen-Kommunikation: Du arbeitest eng mit Techniker:innen, Kreativteams, Webagenturen und unseren Hotelkund:innen zusammen.
- Mitgestaltung & Weiterentwicklung: Du bringst aktiv neue Ideen ein und gestaltest unsere SEA/SEO-Leistungen weiter - von smarten Tools bis zu innovativen Produkten.
Das bringst du mit
- Mindestens ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich BWL, Medien o.ä. (Alternativ: abgeschlossene Ausbildung / duales Studium im Hotelgewerbe)
- Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich SEA und/oder SEO (je nach Level)
- Affinität zu KI-Tools und die Motivation, sich aktiv in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten - Entscheidend sind praktische Erfahrungen, die über die Nutzung von ChatGPT hinausgehen
- Freude an interner & externer Kund:innen Kommunikation in deutscher & englischer Sprache
- Leidenschaft für die Hotellerie- & Tourismusbranche
- Hands-on Mentalität

Your tasks
- Project management & client responsibility: You will independently manage projects in the area of SEA/SEO
- Campaign conception & implementation: You will develop SEA and/or SEO campaigns for well-known hotels in the 3* to 5*S segment - creative, data-driven and precisely tailored to the target group.
- Operational campaign management: You implement measures, manage budgets efficiently and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Analysis & optimization: You keep an eye on the relevant KPIs, optimize ongoing campaigns and derive specific recommendations for action.
- Reporting & customer communication: You prepare results in an understandable way and present them confidently in meetings - both internally and externally.
- Innovation & a feel for trends: You recognize new digital trends and implement them in your projects in a targeted manner.
- Teamwork & interface communication: You work closely with technicians, creative teams, web agencies and our hotel customers.
- Co-creation & further development: You actively contribute new ideas and further shape our SEA/SEO services - from smart tools to innovative products.
Your profile
- At least a completed Bachelor's degree or training in the field of business administration, media or similar (alternatively: completed training / dual study program in the hotel industry)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in project management
- Sound knowledge of SEA and/or SEO (depending on level)
- Affinity for AI tools and the motivation to actively familiarize yourself with new technologies - practical experience that goes beyond the use of ChatGPT is crucial
- Enjoy internal & external customer communication in German & English
- Passion for the hotel & tourism industry
- Hands-on mentality
