Your Mission
In the role of Operations Manager (Maintenance), you ensure the reliable operation and technical performance of our public charging network in the Netherlands. To that end, you will develop, maintain and coordinate the ecosystem required to ensure timely compliance with our concession agreements across the country. You will work closely with hardware suppliers, maintenance partners, and internal teams to resolve technical issues quickly and proactively. You also get the opportunity to take the lead in large-scale maintenance, hardware upgrades and replacement projects. For maintenance, safety and concession standards you are the main focal point for municipalities and grid operators. You will become part of the Dutch Market Unit and play a pivotal in the further growth of our business in the country.
Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen the local partner ecosystem(maintenance, replacements, safety and compliance)
- Implement and maintain tools and processes to ensure best-in-class availability and service quality for existing charge points
- Support the technical preparation of future roll-out, migration, and maintenance projects
- Lead investigations of faults and malfunctions through to resolution
- Serve as the primary contact for municipalities regarding operational concerns and requests.
- Become the local focal point for hardware suppliers
- Monitor partner compliance with Service Level Agreements and other contractual obligations
- Ensure adherence to safety standards (e.g. NEN3140) and Concession Agreements with municipalities
- Act as the main point of contact for all operational matters in the Netherlands and provide regular reporting to ubitricity HQ
Your profile
- MBO-4/HBO education in energy or electrical engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a technical environment
- Track recording structured problem-solving and ability to react quickly and proactively to unexpected events
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Experience with troubleshooting EV charging infrastructure (EVSE, firmware, charge point management system...) is a plus
- Familiarity with NEN 3140 is a plus
- Experience with managing suppliers is a plus
- Experience with public sector relationships is a plus
- Fluent Dutch speaker
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
- Strong, professional communication skills and ability to report to stakeholders (leadership team, municipalities, etc) with the right tone

In de rol van Operations Manager (Maintenance) zorg je voor het succesvolle beheer van ons openbare laadnetwerk in Nederland. Hiervoor ontwikkel, onderhoud en coördineer je het ecosysteem dat nodig is om tijdige naleving van onze concessieovereenkomsten in het hele land te waarborgen. Daarnaast bewaak je de proceskwaliteit door samen te werken met externe en interne partners, lokale gemeenten en netbeheerders.
Je wordt onderdeel van de lokale Market Unit en speelt een cruciale rol in de verdere groei van onze activiteiten in Nederland.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Ontwikkelen en versterken van het lokale partnernetwerk
- Implementeren van tools en processen om een optimale beschikbaarheid en servicekwaliteit van bestaande laadpunten te waarborgen
- Ondersteunen bij de technische voorbereiding van toekomstige uitrol-, migratie- en onderhoudsprojecten
- Leiden van onderzoeken naar storingen en defecten tot aan de oplossing
- Fungeren als primair aanspreekpunt voor gemeenten met betrekking tot operationele vraagstukken en verzoeken
- Optreden als lokaal aanspreekpunt voor hardwareleveranciers
- Monitoren van Service Level Agreements en andere contractuele verplichtingen van partners
- Zorgen voor naleving van concessieovereenkomsten met gemeenten
- Fungeren als hoofdcontactpersoon voor operationele zaken in Nederland en regelmatig rapporteren aan ubitricity HQ
Jouw profiel
- MBO-4/HBO-opleiding in energie- of elektrotechniek of een gelijkwaardig niveau
- Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring, inclusief projectmanagement
- Aantoonbare ervaring metgestructureerd probleemoplossen en het vermogen om snel en proactief te reageren op onverwachte situaties
- Bewezen capaciteit om meerdere projecten gelijktijdig te beheren en op te leveren
- Ervaring met het aansturen van aannemers
- Ervaring met relaties in de publieke sector en/of contractmanagement en/of supply chain management is een pré
- Ervaring met het oplossen van storing en aan laadinfrastructuur (EVSE, firmware, charge point management system...) is een pré
- Bekendheid met NEN 3140 is een pré
- Vloeiend Nederlands in woord en geschrift
- Goede beheersing van Engels; andere talen zijn een pluspunt
- Sterke, professionele communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om voortgang te rapporteren aanmanagementteams met het juiste detailniveau
