We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (d/f/m) to play a key role in our cross-functional marketing team and be responsible for our Performance Marketing. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and work with a diverse team of marketers and stakeholders. You will champion our Performance Marketing efforts to drive our student community's growth by strategizing, managing, and optimizing our biggest channel, PPC/SEM. This is a permanent role, 100% remote for German & Austrian Residents.

Your tasks

• Manage and scale our paid acquisition via Paid Social and Paid search to drive revenue and increase ROI.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Work very closely with our design and content teams to craft performance marketing ads.
• Explore new ways to acquire qualified leads by testing and activating different channels like TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ensure that the performance marketing budget is spent efficiently across all of our channels.
• Develop and execute testing strategies on a channel level.
• Automate, whenever possible, our acquisition efforts.

Your skills

What you offer

• At least 3+ years of experience as a Growth Marketing Manager or Performance Marketing Manager.
• In-platform execution and deep knowledge of setting up campaigns for Meta, Google (PMax, Display) & YouTube Ads.
• Proficient in leveraging web analytics tools like Google Analytics, capable of analyzing data from various platforms.
• Demonstrates a data-centric mindset, skilled in synthesizing, analyzing, and interpreting data, including KPI reports, to formulate actionable strategies.
• You speak English fluently and have a C1 Level of German.
• You are not afraid of failing: you continuously test new and efficient ways to acquire customers.
