Das erwartet dich
- Du entwickelst auf Basis von Markt-, Kundenanforderungen und von dir erstellten Business-Cases, neue Produkte für unser Cloud-Angebot
- Du erstellst und priorisierst Produktanforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Produktmanager:innen, Designer:innen und unserem Entwicklungsteam und begleitest die Umsetzung in einer agilen Entwicklungsumgebung
- Du hast Spaß daran, dir vertiefte Kenntnisse über internationale Markttrends und Kundenanforderungen in der Branche anzueignen sowie dich in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten
- Dazu stehst du in ständigem Kontakt mit unserem globalen Vertriebsteam und unseren Kund:innen in aller Welt
- Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse und Entwicklung von Go-to-Market-Strategien in Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und anderen Abteilungen.
- Monatliches Reporting der wichtigsten Kennzahlen, um die Performance der Produkte & Features in deiner Verantwortung herauszustellen
Das bringst du mit
- Über 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsfeld
- Starkes Interesse und Erfahrung im Monitoring von PV- & Batterieanlagen, sowie Erfahrung in der PV Branche
- Fähigkeit zur Nutzung quantitativer (Metriken, KPIs) und qualitativer (Nutzerfeedback) Daten für Produkt Priorisierung, sowie deren Analyse und Interpretation
- Verständnis für agile Softwareentwicklung.
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, auch über virtuelle Kanäle.
- Präsentationsfähigkeiten für interne und externe Produktbewerbung.
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Microsoft-Toolkette (MS365, Teams, PowerBI, usw.), Youtrack und Confluence.

Your mission:
- You develop new products for our cloud offering based on market and customer requirements and business cases created by you
- You create and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with other product managers, designers and our development team and accompany the implementation in an agile development environment
- You enjoy acquiring in-depth knowledge of international market trends and customer requirements in the industry as well as familiarizing yourself with new technologies
- You will be in constant contact with our global sales team and our customers around the world
- Understanding customer needs and developing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and other departments
- Monthly reporting of key metrics to highlight the performance of the products & features under your responsibility
Your profile
- Over 3 years of experience in product management, ideally in a comparable field of activity
- Strong interest and experience in monitoring PV & battery systems, as well as experience in the PV industry
- Ability to use quantitative (metrics, KPIs) and qualitative (user feedback) data for product prioritization, analysis and interpretation
- Understanding of agile software development.
- Good German and English language skills.
- Strong communication skills, also via virtual channels
- Presentation skills for internal and external product promotion.
- Ideally experience with Microsoft tool chain (MS365, Teams, PowerBI, etc.), Youtrack and Confluence.
