Deine Aufgaben
- Drive product innovation by supporting the development of a strong, consumer-first NPD roadmap and product portfolio - together with our brand management.
- Own the product journey: From briefing to finished formula - you’ll work closely with our top-tier italian & german suppliers to develop products that are innovative and fast to market.
- Collaborate with external R&D teams: Give sharp feedback on lab samples, push boundaries, and ensure every product meets our quality, performance, and timing standards.
- Lead product launches: From global rollouts to local co-creations with influencers and the community - you’ll help design launches that create real business impact.
- Manage every detail of NPD: From compliance and claims to product copy and testing - you keep it all on track with a high bar for quality and precision.
- Balance creativity and commercial sense: Ensure every new product aligns with our brand values, and meets margin targets and profitability expectations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, Operations & beyond to bring every launch to life.
Dein Profil
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience in product or project management
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in product development of physical beauty products - ideally with a strong focus on makeup
- Solid understanding of NPD processes - from idea to concept to production - with a proven track record of successful product launches
- A strategic thinker with a sharp sense for brand, paired with creativity and pragmatism to make things happen
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to planning and execution
- Clear and confident in both communication and presentation - across teams and stakeholders
- A true team player with a positive, can-do attitude - ready to challenge the status quo and think outside the box
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required - Italian skills are a big plus

Your Office - This role is based in our centrally located office in Berlin - Prenzlauer Berg.

Hybrid Work - We are offering you flexibility by a working model where we work partly at the office and partly at home! Clear Structure, Real Flexibility: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
Additionally, you have the option to work remotely for half of August and half of December - to stay flexible during quieter times of the year.
