• Professional experience in the field of Performance Marketing on Italian or French market
• Fluent in written and spoken Italian or French, Fluent in English is a requirement and German is a bonus
• Persuasive negotiating power
• Industry knowledge in the field of influencer marketing
• Independent, resilient, success-oriented, open-minded
• Very good with Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivation and initiative
• Analytic Rationalness
