Sales Operations Intern (f/m/x)

Join our team as a full-time intern for a duration of 6 months. Our goal is to make the way to and in Germany as easy as possible for international students. If you want to support us in this goal, then you are exactly right with us!

YOUR ROLE

• Client onboarding support: As part of your role, you will actively support the sales team in the client onboarding process. This involves facilitating a smooth transition for clients and addressing any issues that may arise during the onboarding phase.
• Data centralization and reporting: Your responsibilities include centralizing and collecting data from the Sales department. Additionally, you will be tasked with generating reports and presentations to communicate the progress within the department. In this context, you play a crucial role in supporting our university sales team by providing comprehensive reports and forecasts.
• Database analysis and maintenance: A key aspect of your role involves analyzing and maintaining our database. This entails ensuring optimal user experience and academic relevance within the database.
• Research and data: In addition to supporting the sales team, you will be responsible for researching data related to courses and universities. This information will be entered into our database, contributing to the accuracy and completeness of our records.

YOUR PROFILE

• Education/ experiences: You are currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor/Master) in Germany, or you are interested in Sales Operations and want to get a “taste” of another career direction. Moreover, having acquired experience abroad-through programs such as DAAD, Goethe-Institut, GIZ, Kulturweit, Weltwärts, etc. would be a valuable asset.
• Internship duration: You are available full-time for 6 months.
• Skills: Your self-motivation and organizational skills are highly valued in our ideal candidate. Your ability to work independently and maintain a structured approach to tasks is considered essential for success in this position. If you possess a basic understanding of database processing, that is advantageous. However, it's important to note that our structured training program is designed to accommodate individuals with varying levels of experience.
• Communication skills: Your proficiency in both written and oral communication in German is a prerequisite for this position. Additionally, you demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in English, as it serves as our primary mode of communication.
