Your challenge

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mid-Level Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate the Agile process and empower our development team to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently. You will collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Your Tasks

• You help to lead the team to self-organization and cross-functional collaboration and coach in agile principles.
• You facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, etc.
• You are collaborate with product owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Track and communicate team progress, velocity, and impediments to stakeholders and management.

Your Profile

• 2-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment
• You have a good understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
• You have excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• You encourage a positive team dynamic and foster a culture of trust, respect, and open communication.
