HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME:
YOUR MISSION:
- Assess systems against regulatory frameworks such as NIS 2, GDPR, and ISO 27001
- Track cybersecurity regulations and collaborate with business teams to drive compliance
- Produce auditable reports, dashboards, and controls to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Support audits and drive compliance across teams and regions
- Identify and mitigate risks in collaboration with Cloud, DevSecOps, and infrastructure teams
- Shape sustainable cybersecurity processes across internal and external stakeholders
- Provide expert guidance on product and infrastructure security
- Work with local and global teams, helping to build EU-specific security expertise as part of a larger, global CSO organisation of Telus Health
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:
YOUR PROFILE
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, ideally within consultancy or assurance roles
- Solid knowledge of EU regulations (NIS 2, GDPR)
- Proficiency in risk assessments and Secure-by-Design concepts
- Exceptional communication skills, able to explain complex security issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Security-clearance ready (if required)
NICE TO HAVES:
- Certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 LA, CISSP, CISM, or CISA
- Familiarity with NIST frameworks, incident response, and consulting experience

DEINE MISSION:
- Bewertung von Systemen hinsichtlich regulatorischer Anforderungen wie NIS 2, DSGVO und ISO 27001
- Beobachtung neuer Sicherheitsvorgaben und Zusammenarbeit mit Business-Teams zur Sicherstellung der Compliance
- Erstellung prüfbarer Reports, Dashboards und Kontrollmechanismen zur Einhaltung und Verbesserung von Sicherheitsstandards
- Unterstützung bei Audits und Förderung der Compliance in Teams und Regionen
- Risikoidentifikation und -minderung in Zusammenarbeit mit Cloud-, DevSecOps- und Infrastrukturteams
- Aufbau nachhaltiger Cybersecurity-Prozesse mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Fachliche Beratung zu Produkt- und Infrastruktursicherheit
- Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen und globalen Teams zum Ausbau der EU-Sicherheitskompetenz im Rahmen der globalen CSO-Organisation von TELUS Health
DAS SOLLTEST DU MITBRINGEN
DEIN PROFIL
- 5-7 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Cybersecurity - idealerweise in der Beratung oder Prüfung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse zu EU-Vorgaben (NIS 2, DSGVO)
- Erfahrung in Risikobewertungen und Secure-by-Design-Konzepten
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten - du kannst komplexe Sicherheitsinhalte auch nicht-technischen Zielgruppen vermitteln
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit über mehrere Zeitzonen hinweg in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung (falls erforderlich)
