Senior Java Engineer (f/m/d)

Your skills

• At least 5 years of hands-on backend development experience, ideally in Java (Spring Boot preferred)
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and AWS services (e.g. ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB)
• Solid understanding of microservices, event-driven systems, and RESTful API design
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g. GitHub Actions, Terraform)
• Strong sense of ownership and quality: you write clean, tested, maintainable code and think beyond just "getting it done"
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
• Previous work in agile, cross-functional product teams
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus

Bonus Skills

• Experience in ecommerce or logistics environments
• Familiarity with observability tools like New Relic or Grafan
