Senior Manager (f/m/d) - Partner Applications

As the person responsible for the further development of the IONOS Partner Platform, you and your team will shape the future of our comprehensive offerings for agencies, freelancers, web designers, channel partners, ISVs, and consulting partners. You will play a key role by leading the development team, promoting agile methods, and driving technical solutions. Through close collaboration with stakeholders, you will develop sustainable structures and significantly contribute to achieving our growth and revenue goals.

Tasks

• Design the product strategy and roadmap for the IONOS Partner Program for agencies, freelancers, and web designers, a central application for more than 20,000 international agency, channel, ISV, and consulting partners.
• Provide both disciplinary and technical leadership to our agile software development team.
• Develop the team while maintaining the individual responsibility of its members.
• Actively support the team with a hands-on mindset in solving technical and organizational challenges.
• Work closely with stakeholders, product management, and sales to create sustainable structures and solutions.
• Take responsibility for projects and products and ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
• Actively contribute your own software development experience to align technical and business interests.

Qualifications

• Several years of leadership experience, ideally with agile teams.
• Solid knowledge in software development and application development.
• Strong understanding of project and product management and the ability to take and delegate responsibility.
• Open and honest communication to create a supportive environment for the team.
• Team spirit and approachability, demonstrated by actively fostering a positive work atmosphere.
• Resilience and a confident approach to challenges, coupled with the ability to build stable relationships with stakeholders.
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach with the necessary flexibility.
• Long-term, sustainable thinking-far removed from short-term actionism.
• Experience in partner and agency management is a plus, especially when combined with sales experience in the channel area.
• A good sense of humor and the ability to laugh at yourself to help shape a positive, productive work environment.
