Senior Paid Social Manager (m/f/d)
We’re looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager to lead and scale our paid social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This is a senior-level role for someone who combines deep hands-on expertise with strong strategic vision. You’ll own performance and brand objectives across channels, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in shaping how mute-labs grows its digital presence and lead generation through paid social.
You’ll manage significant budgets, drive A/B testing across ads manager, landing pages, and the customer funnel, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our campaigns deliver measurable business impact and creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the paid social strategy and execution across nine European markets on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), ensuring all campaigns align with business and marketing goals focused on inbound lead generation.
- Own the full campaign lifecycle: audience segmentation, creative direction, testing frameworks, optimization strategies, and post-campaign analysis.
- Manage and allocate budgets across channels to maximize CAC, ensuring spend efficiency and scalability.
- Guide creative and content development by collaborating closely with the design, brand, and BI teams to deliver high-performing, on-brand campaigns.
- Define and execute advanced testing frameworks (creative, messaging, bidding, and audience strategies) to continuously improve conversion performance.
- Analyze performance data to extract insights, forecast results, and inform cross-channel strategy.
- Report and present insights to stakeholders, clearly linking paid social performance to broader marketing and business objectives. Systematically document learnings and translate them into best practices to strengthen future campaign strategy.
- Mentor junior marketers to ensure best practices and operational excellence across all paid social activities. Collaborate closely with the Senior SEA Manager, BI, brand, and sales teams to localize campaigns across markets, support expansion into new regions, and optimize the customer funnel to deliver high-quality leads that enable the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and/or TikTok.
- Proven track record of driving measurable business growth through paid social performance and brand campaigns.
- Deep understanding of paid social KPIs (CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, CAC) and how to optimize across the funnel.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data tools and dashboards to guide strategy and performance decisions.
- Experience managing large budgets and complex campaign structures.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, experimental, and results-driven approach.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to coach and guide others.
