As a Senior Sales Consultant (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the successful implementation and setup of tools such as Asana, will train and advise our customers across the DACH region, as well as focus a significant amount of your time on sales activities.
Your mission
TASKS AND TRAITS THAT ARE PART OF THIS ROLE
- Analysing and evaluating the status quo
- Implementing the right processes and setting up Asana for the customer
- Organising and leading customer workshops (virtual and on-site)
- Providing ongoing support and advice to customers
- You analyse and identify optimisation potential for existing customer workflows
- Re-qualifying leads and closing them to realise your revenue goal and to make sure our consultants team is fully booked with customers, working together with the sales and marketing team
- You feel confident in dealing with customers at all hierarchical levels
- You enable change for the company - you support your customers in the adaptation of Asana and coach them on adequate change management measures
- You think and act from a business perspective and support the strategic development of our consulting and training programs
- You perform your projects independently and interact with the team on a regular basis
Your profile
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of work and process management, consulting or training / training of software, in Ops or Sales Consulting and experience in elevator pitch procedures as well as strategic positioning of products and partner products
- Proven track record of successful software implementations inside your company or for customers will increase your chances of getting this position
- Professional experience in new customer acquisition, account management or sales, ideally in the SaaS or consulting industry
- In conversations with customers, you have a sense for recognising organisational, financial and decision making structures and obstacles
- Master's/bachelor's degree in business administration with an IT focus, e.g. business informatics, industrial engineering, economics or comparable qualification
- Experience in facilitation of trainings, courses or workshops
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Fluent written and spoken German (native speaker level) and English
- Strong communication skills, customer orientation, showing initiative and enjoyment in working together in a team and with customers
- Optional: willingness to travel and desire to work on site with customers
- You are no stranger to flexible team structures and asynchronous working
