Deine Mission
Als Senior Software Engineer spielst Du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Entwicklung stabiler, leistungsfähiger und wartbarer Softwarelösungen für unsere Cloud-Plattform und Infrastruktur. Du entwickelst sichere, performante und zuverlässige Komponenten für hochsichere, souveräne Cloud-Infrastrukturen. Mit Deiner technischen Expertise und der engen Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams gestaltest Du unsere Entwicklungsprozesse effizient, bringst neue Features ein und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Infrastruktur bei.
Aufgaben
- Entwickeln und Testen skalierbarer Softwarelösungen mit Fokus auf Qualität und Performance
- Optimieren bestehender Systeme hinsichtlich Effizienz, Sicherheit und Nutzerfreundlichkeit
- Implementieren und Betreuen automatisierter Tests sowie CI/CD-Pipelines
- Durchführen von Code-Reviews, Debugging und Performance-Analysen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktverantwortlichen zur Umsetzung technischer Anforderungen
- Technisches Mentoring im Team und aktiver Beitrag zur technischen Weiterentwicklung
Anforderungen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Go, Python und Bash
- Gutes Verständnis von Netzwerktechnologien (Routing, Switching) insbesondere dynamische Rountingprotokolle
- Tiefgreifendes Wissen in Kubernetes, insbesondere im Bereich CNI und Linux Networking
- Erfahrung im CRD-basierten API-Design sowie in der Entwicklung von Operatoren und Controllern
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Gute Englischkenntnisse

Your mission
As a Senior Software Engineer, you play a key role in developing stable, high-performance, and maintainable software solutions for our cloud platform and infrastructure. You build secure, efficient, and reliable components for highly secure, sovereign cloud environments. With your technical expertise and close collaboration with other teams, you help shape our development processes, introduce new features, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our infrastructure.
Your tasks
- Develop and test scalable software solutions with a strong focus on quality and performance
- Optimize existing systems for efficiency, security, and user experience
- Implement and maintain automated tests and CI/CD pipelines
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance analysis
- Work closely with product owners to implement technical requirements
- Provide technical mentoring within the team and actively contribute to technical advancement
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Go, Python, and Bash
- Strong understanding of networking technologies (routing, switching), especially dynamic routing protocols
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, particularly in CNI and Linux networking
- Experience with CRD-based API design and the development of operators and controllers
- Fluent in German and proficient in English
