Your tasks
Would you like to immerse yourself in the world of recruiting at KoRo and play an active role in driving it forward? Then become part of our People & Culture team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and shape a unique candidate journey with your open and proactive approach. Discover new talents for our KoRo Team and grow beyond yourself.
- End-to-end recruiting: You will work closely with our Hiring Managers to attract outstanding talent. The focus here is on recruiting for our tech-related jobs.
- Positive candidate experience: As the first point of contact, you accompany our candidates through the entire application process - from the first interviews to signing the contract.
- Innovative sourcing strategies: You develop targeted strategies to find talent and utilize active sourcing, especially via LinkedIn, to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Reporting and process optimization: You drive the development of our recruiting KPIs and contribute innovative ideas to make our processes and the usage of our ATS more efficient and effective.
- Keeping an eye on industry trends: You keep up to date with trends in the HR industry, especially in the area of HR technologies, assessment methods, and processes, and apply this knowledge in a targeted manner.
Your profile
- You have a degree in economics, HR management, or a comparable field.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of recruiting and have already gained experience in filling tech positions.
- You have a very good command of German and are fluent in English.
- You live in Berlin/the surrounding area or are willing to relocate for your new job.
- Ideally, you are already familiar with our ATS Personio and have a strong interest in AI technologies, such as chatbots.
- You enjoy sharing your extensive knowledge with the team
- You are no stranger to the start-up world - you drive forward diverse projects and live the hands-on mentality!
- You have a talent for organization - with a lot of motivation and a high level of commitment, you keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
