Software Developer Fullstack (m/f/d) - Microservices | Python | Rust | Dresden
We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Software Developer (m/f/d) to join our team in Dresden. In this role, you will contribute to the development of complex application software for distributed systems built on modern microservice architectures.
This position is ideal for a technically strong backend-focused developer who thrives in Linux environments and enjoys working with cutting-edge technologies such as Python, Rust, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Your Responsibilities

• Further development of complex software solutions for distributed systems within a microservice architecture.
• Close collaboration within an agile software development team.
• Technical support to Product Owners and Software Architects on detailed technical matters.
• Drive improvements in code quality, maintainability, and execution performance.
• Rapid onboarding into new technologies and independent application of new concepts.
• Development of solutions for decoding and encoding network protocols and networking components.

Your Profile

• Strong experience in Python and/or Rust, with a focus on backend development in Linux environments.
• Practical experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes).
• Solid knowledge of microservices architecture and REST interface design and implementation.
• Experience with static code analysis, unit testing, and automated testing.
• Agile mindset with hands-on experience in Scrum or Kanban environments.
• Structured, independent working style combined with strong teamwork skills.
