HEY ALEX is a cool concept store for women and men. We also carry accessories such as bags, jewelry, and perfumes - primarily from Scandinavian brands.
We are a family Team and are looking for you to manage our future branch in Berlin (m/f/d).
You can choose from the following working time models:

• Part-time: 4 days per week
• Full-time: 5 days per week

Your tasks:

• Active participation in sales, conducting sales discussions and cashier activities
• Acceptance of goods, re-sorting and control of stock and quality of goods
• Maintenance and design of shop windows and product presentation in the sales area according to internal specifications
• Lead, motivate and mentor your team to promote a customer-centric approach
• Share performance measurements and demonstrate your understanding of KPIs to improve your store results
• Ensure that your store has a flawless appearance in line with HEY ALEX's visual merchandising guidelines

Your profile

• Experience in (fashion) retail is an advantage
• You are a good fit for us if you have a positive charisma have, please contact People are, about Team spirit as well as flexibility and Fun selling Especially if you love fashion!
• You love the direct Customer contact . You take great pleasure in finding the perfect product for your customers. Working in a store can be very demanding. But this is no problem for you, because you are durable and trade self-employed .
• You own very good written and oral communication skills in German and English
