Student Assistant (all genders) - Event Support & Student

Communication
from September 1st 2026 | 10hours per week | inBerlin | 14,32 €/hour

• Assist with event logistics before, during, and after events, including registrations, roomsetup and on-site

• Support the communication with students regarding career events, workshops, com pany visits, and

• Create and support oncreating content for different channels like newsletters, emails, social media, and

• Respond tostudent inquiries and provide support before and after events

Your Profile

• Enrolled ina Bachelor orMaster programme, ideally inBusiness, Management, Marketing, ora related

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention todetail.
• Strong comm unication and organisational skills
• Experience with Canva orother graphic design tools isa plus.
• Strong written and verbal comm unication skills inEnglish (German is an advantage)
