YOUR MISSION
As a Supply Chain Project Manager (all genders), you will be responsible for leading high-impact projects aimed at optimizing our end-to-end supply chain. Your role is to dive deep into complex challenges, identify root causes, structure problems, and develop actionable solutions. By managing cross-functional initiatives, you will bring clarity, structure, and results to our supply chain transformation.
You will work closely with stakeholders across C-level, procurement, planning, manufacturing and logistics- always with the goal of increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enabling scalable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & IMPACT
- Lead high-impact supply chain projects end-to-end - from defining the scope and strategy to execution and delivery.
- Dive deep into processes, uncover hidden inefficiencies, and turn complexity into clear, actionable improvement plans that directly strengthen efficiency and stability.
- Build frameworks that bring structure, visibility, and alignment across functions, embedding a systematic problem-solving approach into how projects are run.
- Drive operational excellence by setting up best practices, raising performance standards, and ensuring measurable improvements across supply chain processes.
- Solve interdisciplinary challenges across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales - connecting the dots where others see silos, and making collaboration seamless.
- Partner with senior leadership, shaping key decisions with data-driven insights, ensuring visibility of project progress, and making your impact felt at the highest level.
Your profile
- Industry Know-how: Experience managing supply chain projects, ideally in the FMCG/food sector, with exposure to S&OP implementation, cross-functional collaboration, and project execution. You know the realities of fast-moving businesses and how to turn complexity into scalable solutions.
- Background: 8-10+ years in Supply Chain Management, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable impact. You don’t just manage processes - you shape them to work smarter and faster.
- Project Management: Skilled in structuring and driving complex projects end-to-end. You bring order and clarity where others see moving parts and uncertainty.
- Analytical Problem Solver: Able to break down complex supply chain challenges, identify root causes, and create actionable solutions. You see patterns where others see problems - and you turn them into simple, structured improvements.
- Stakeholder Management: Comfortable working with C-level and senior leaders. You build bridges across functions, align diverse interests, and get everyone rowing in the same direction.
- Skills & Mindset: Proficient with ERP systems, data and project management tools. Ambitious, structured, curious - you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy driving transformation.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English (C1 working proficiency); additional languages such as German or Polish are a plus.
