To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time property manager (m/f) for building cleaning as soon as possible.
Your place of work is in Berlin. There you will be responsible for various interesting objects. We are very open to lateral entrants from the hotel industry or comparable sectors. The result of your work is what counts for us.

Tasks

What you will contribute

  • Support of our customers' objects
  • Conscientious supervision of the object
  • Team leadership & control of our cleaners in various properties.
  • Design of personnel planning (shift planning / working time monitoring, hiring process, sickness and vacation organization)
  • Monitoring of contractually agreed cleaning services and hygiene standards
  • Complaint management and customer care
  • Implementation of quality audits
  • Conduct employee education and training on cleaning techniques.
  • Inventory management / material orders
  • Creation of object-related reports

Qualifications

What you bring with you

  • At least 2 years of experience as a team leader/supervisor in commercial cleaning, preferably in office buildings.
  • Training as a building cleaner is a plus
  • Prerequisite: Theoretical building cleaning know-how.
  • Independent, responsible and structured way of working
  • Leadership, reliability and assertiveness
  • Strong communication skills (good written and spoken German and English)
  • Good handling of common computer programs (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • Organizational skills and passion
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
