To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time Technical Manager (m/f/d) Building Cleaning as soon as possible.

HBC Service GmbH is a family-run service company. As a premium service provider for international companies, we manage all service areas in state-of-the-art offices/workplaces in the heart of Berlin.

Tasks

What you will contribute

• Support of our A-customer objects
• You lead our property managers (m/f/d) and service staff both professionally and disciplinary
• You are responsible for sales and results in your area of responsibility
• you ensure on-site compliance with HBC guidelines
• Design of personnel planning (shift planning / working time monitoring, hiring process, sickness and vacation organization)
• Monitoring of contractually agreed cleaning services and hygiene standards
• Complaint management and customer care
• Implementation of quality audits
• Conduct employee education and training on cleaning techniques.
• Inventory management / material orders
• Creation of object-related reports
• Coordination of our subcontractors

Qualifications

What you bring with you

• At least 3 years of experience as a property manager in commercial cleaning, preferably in office buildings
• Profound expertise in the cleaning of buildings
• Training as a building cleaner is a plus or further training such as cleaning and hygiene management specialist.
• Independent, responsible and structured way of working
• Leadership, reliability and assertiveness
• Strong communication skills (good German and advanced English skills)
• Good handling of common computer programs (e.g. Microsoft Office)
• Organizational skills and passion
• Willingness to work flexible hours
