Your mission
Freaks 4U Gaming is looking for motivated and creative apprentices for the role as Trainee Kaufmann/-frau für Marketingkommunikation (all gender). If you're passionate about media, advertising, and digital communication - and love gaming and esports - this is the perfect opportunity to launch your career. During your apprenticeship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in agency projects, campaign development, and brand communication. The apprenticeship takes place at our headquarters in Berlin-Spandau.
Your responsibilities:
- You will support the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing and communication campaigns
- You will learn how advertising campaigns are created - from idea and concept to implementation
- You will assist in developing and presenting pitches, learning how to prepare convincing concepts for clients
- You will collaborate with departments such as Social Media, Design, Video, Events, and Project Management
- You will help create presentations, briefings, proposals, and reports
- You will gain insight into client communication, campaign management, and brand building within the gaming and esports industry
Your profile
- Solid secondary school diploma (minimum required: intermediate school leaving certificate)
- Creative mindset and a strong interest in media, marketing, and communication
- Good organizational skills, team spirit, and an independent working style
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
- Passion for digital media, gaming, and esports is a plus
