Your mission
You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.
Your daily work
In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:
- Collaborating with clients on industry standards and leading practices in both HCM and Compensation domains.
- Hosting workshops and leading discussions on HCM and Compensation functionalities.
- Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress.
- Leading diverse teams through implementation and exceeding client expectations.
- Supporting innovation through new industry-leading methods and assets.
Who you are
You bring:
- Experience leading multiple End-to-End Workday HCM and Compensation implementation projects.
- Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Compensation / Advanced Compensation or relevant platforms.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and fluency in English.

Qualifikationen
Set yourself apart:
- Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM and Compensation workstreams.
- Experience with Workdays Data Migration tools and Security framework
- Up to date Workday, HCM / Compensation certifications
- Demonstrable years professional Workday experience
- Up to date Workday certifications
- Fluency in German
