GEA is a global leader in technology solutions for the food, beverage, and industrial sectors. To strengthen our global recruiting team, we are looking for a Regional Lead Recruiting Operations Germany (f/m/d) to drive recruiting operations and lead regional recruiting teams as part of our global recruiting organization.
Reporting to the Global Lead Recruiting Operations, this role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality, efficient, and standardized recruiting delivery while staying close to regional business needs.

Your Profile / Qualifications
- Several years of experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally in an industrial, technology, or international environment
- Proven experience leading or coordinating recruiters
- Strong operational mindset with experience in standardized or high-volume recruiting setups
- Experience in driving process improvements and change initiatives within recruiting organizations
- Solid knowledge of recruiting systems and data-driven performance management
- Strong communication skills, team orientation, and confidence in working with senior stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
